Shipping policy

How much is shipping?

• Local shipping within Singapore is FREE for orders above S$180, otherwise it comes at a flat rate of S$8 (with the exception of these restricted zones).
  
• International shipping comes at a flat rate of S$15 worldwide.

When will my order arrive?

• Orders will be dispatched on Wednesday and Saturday. Any orders placed after 12pm on these days will be considered a next day order (ie if you place an order at 2pm on a Wednesday, it will only be dispatched on Saturday)
• Local delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days from the day it is dispatched (ie Wednesday or Saturday).
• International express delivery will take approximately 5-7 business days, depending on which country you are ordering from.
• We will provide you with a tracking number once the shoes have been dispatched.

Do I pay taxes and duties on my order?

This depends on your country’s laws. Please check with the relevant authorities as we will not be responsible for any import duties charged.
