Can I make a return/exchange if it's the wrong size or the fit is not right?
- We understand it might be tricky to buy the perfect shoes at once
- That’s why it’s important to refer to our size guide when you shop. * Please email us at info@feithlondon.com.sg to let us know your reason and we’ll be glad to help.
- We can offer to exchange your purchase for another size of the same design only. Store credit will be given for returns.
- You have 30 days to make the exchange/return* from the date of your invoice.
- For local customers, as a compliment we offer returns and exchanges for free once only.
- For international customers, all return shipping expenses will be borne by the customer.
- Finally, we hope you understand that we need our items back in their original condition.
